Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product may not be exchanged after the seven-day period has elapsed.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused, and the consumer must not have derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
The consumer shall bear the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. In the case of international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and deliver the product to the shipping company. If a defect or error is found, the consumer shall be compensated accordingly.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications determined by them, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
If the product consists of video tapes, discs, CDs, or software that has been used.
If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted materials.
If a defect appears in the product due to improper handling by the consumer.
If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or food services.
If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software products via the internet.
Return Policy
